Your sales representative and project manager will guide you through the process and will be available for any questions you might have.

From our sales team to our in-house packaging designers and our production and shipping teams, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality. Throughout the process, you will receive updates on the status of your job. We are happy to send you mock-ups to verify the correct size and functionality of your product, as well as printed proofs to review the color results and placement of your artwork before we start production. We will provide updates on the status of your project throughout the process.

We don’t expect you to buy something without first experiencing a sample of our work. We’re happy to let you see and feel our quality firsthand. Please keep in mind that our sample supply is always changing, so we may not have a sample of the specific product style or in the desired finish on hand.

We want to make sure our designs meet your needs. Therefore, we need to understand the goal for your campaign, your intended audience, and the experience you want to create. Based on the intended use and the weight, size, and structure of your content pieces, we will create a structural design of your binder, folder, sample display, or packaging project. In addition to the structure, we will work with you on material choices, finishing options, and accessories to complete the look and feel.

Once we have agreed on the design parameters for your project, we’ll complete a price estimate as quickly as possible. Generally, we’ll have pricing to you within 24 hours on standard items. However, additional time may be required for specialty designs.

When you’re ready to create the artwork for your project, we’ll provide you with a template to ensure your graphics are created with score lines, glue strips, tuck flaps, and die-cutting tolerances in mind. Please know that for our CI RIGIDBOX® packaging line, our in-house design team will work with you to ensure optimal placement of your artwork, which means templates are not required. We offer mock-ups of your project to ensure sizing and functionality meet your needs.

Your project manager or sales representative will provide you with clear instructions on how to set up your artwork. Our team requires native files for all offset printed or foil stamped projects. Once we receive your files, our prepress team carefully reviews your artwork to ensure it will produce well on our equipment. Should you need help with your artwork preparation, please let your sales representative know.

We’ll generate a proof for your review and approval. Our project managers make the final approval process easy. Please let your sales representative or project manager know if you wish to press check your project. We would love for you to visit our facility!

Once you have approved your proof and returned it to us, your project manager will contact you with a completion date.
